Welcome back to the world of cat memes. Yes, I say “back” because there is no way you have existed on the internet for this long and have zero experience with cat memes. They are the only thing that keeps this online universe from going completely dark. A world wide web WITHOUT cat memes? No, thank you! I'll take my “hope this email finds you well,” with a nice dose of “my cat got caught in the blinds today and just stayed there as if she did it on purpose.” Not THAT is the world wide web I enjoy living in, and will continue to thrive in!

Remember a simpler time? Back when you would log on to the internet, IM your crush, and then watch funny videos of cats dancing to silly made-up songs? “Cat, I'm a kitty cat, and I dance dance dance, and I dance dance dance!" Ahhhh, yes, I remember sending that video to a friend of mine during 10th-grade computer lab class. She opened it, and it was really loud for the entire class to hear, and we both got in trouble. I was kind of the troublemaker student… Worth it, though, for the memories! Cats make everything better, even when you're in trouble by the teacher… Side note, why would they always just “send you to the principal's office” and then never check back in about that? I would literally just roam the halls until the next period…
